The monthly money loop
One evening a month is enough to run the operating system.

You do not need a new personality. You need a loop that fits on one page.
The loop
Day 1 (or the day money arrives). Pay Live’s must-pays. Move the standing amounts to Safe and Grow. If hungry debt exists, the extra rupee has a name already.
Sometime in the last week. Look at cashflow. Name the mystery. Did a jar over-run? Was it a festival, a leak, or a goal you refused to write down?
- Once a month, twenty minutes.
- Emergency number vs target
- Insurance still on, nominee still named
- Debt balances and rates
- Three goals still the three goals
That is the operating system. Investing products sit on top of it, not underneath.
You are ready for First Investments if you can write
- Last month’s net cashflow (even a rough one).
- Three named goals with a number and a date.
- Emergency target and today’s number.
- What insurance you have - or a clear “none yet.”
- Any hungry debt and its rate.
If a line is blank, stay here one more week and fill it. The next series will be louder than it needs to be if this page is empty.
**Note:** A loop you repeat badly beats a perfect spreadsheet you open twice a year.
- The system is a calendar, not a vibe.
- Write five numbers. That is the checkpoint.
- Products come after this page exists.
